HappyWorld89 Terms of Service

Welcome to HappyWorld89. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the HappyWorld89 mobile app, website, and related services. By creating an account or using HappyWorld89, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your login information safe and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or create accounts for abuse, spam, fraud, or illegal activity.
You may be asked to verify an email address or may choose to add a recovery email. You are responsible for providing an email that belongs to you, keeping it accurate and accessible, and promptly changing it if you lose access. You must keep verification links, password-reset links, and other account-recovery information confidential.
We may use email verification, recovery-email matching, a supported identity provider, security checks, or other reasonable methods to confirm account ownership before allowing a password reset or sensitive account change. We may refuse or delay a recovery request when the information does not match, a link has expired, or we detect possible abuse or unauthorized access.
2. App Features: HappyWorld89 may include social posts, stories, chat, audio and video calls, user live streaming and replays, comments, reactions, Play videos, VOD movies, TV series, live TV, marketplace products, user channels, playlists, notifications, reports, appeals, and other features. Some features may be enabled, disabled, limited to selected users, changed, or removed at any time.
3. User Content: You are responsible for content you upload, post, sell, broadcast, stream, comment, send, or share. This includes text, photos, videos, audio, live streams, live replays, product listings, channel videos, stories, messages, comments, and profile information.
You confirm that you own your content or have permission to upload and share it. You give HappyWorld89 a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, distribute, and deliver your content so the service can operate.
4. Prohibited Content and Behavior: You must not upload or share illegal content, violence, hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, child abuse material, scams, fraud, spam, malware, unauthorized copyrighted content, private information without permission, or content that violates another person’s rights.
You must not abuse reports, manipulate likes/views/follows/subscriptions, attack the service, scrape data, bypass security, or use HappyWorld89 in a way that harms other users or the platform.
5. Marketplace: Marketplace listings must be honest and accurate. Sellers are responsible for product details, price, condition, delivery, payment, and communication with buyers. HappyWorld89 is not responsible for transactions, disputes, product quality, payments, delivery, or losses between users.
6. Channels and Uploaded Videos: Users may upload videos to channels where available. You are responsible for your videos, thumbnails, descriptions, playlists, comments, and visibility settings. We may remove videos or restrict channels that violate these Terms or community rules.
7. Movies, TV Series, Live TV, and VOD: VOD and live content may be provided by HappyWorld89, admins, or third-party sources. Availability, playback quality, ads, and access may change depending on licensing, network, device, region, or service provider.
8. Audio and Video Calls: Calls are intended for communication between HappyWorld89 users. You must not use calls for harassment, threats, fraud, unlawful surveillance, sexual exploitation, or other illegal or abusive conduct. Obtain any consent required by law before recording or sharing a call. HappyWorld89 is not a telephone carrier or emergency service; do not use it to contact police, fire, ambulance, or other emergency services.
9. User Live Streaming and Replays: You must have all necessary rights and permissions for everything visible or audible in your broadcast, including people, music, performances, locations, and copyrighted material. Follow the selected visibility setting and do not mislead viewers about who can watch. We may stop, restrict, remove, or decline to publish a live stream or replay that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal, or technical risk.
After a live stream ends, you may choose to delete it or publish a replay. Published replays are temporary and are configured to expire after seven days. If you do not choose, the temporary recording may be automatically deleted. Processing and deletion timing can be affected by provider availability.
10. Ads and Third-Party Services: HappyWorld89 may show advertisements, including video ads. Features may rely on third-party hosting, database, real-time communications, live-streaming, notification, CDN, storage, analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or app-store services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Reports, Moderation, and Appeals: Users can report content, live streams, comments, messages, or accounts and can block abusive users. We may review, interrupt, hide, remove, soft delete, permanently delete, restrict, suspend, or disable content, features, live access, calling access, or accounts that violate our rules. Eligible users may submit an appeal where available.
12. Account Suspension or Disablement: If your account violates our rules, we may suspend or disable it. Suspended accounts may have a limited time to appeal. Disabled accounts may lose access permanently and may not be allowed to create a new account with the same identity information.
13. Account and Content Deletion: You may delete certain content or request account deletion where available. Some information may be kept temporarily for backups, reports, appeals, safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or technical reasons before permanent deletion.
14. Intellectual Property: HappyWorld89 branding, app design, features, logos, and platform content are owned by HappyWorld89 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, or misuse our brand or service without permission.
15. Safety and Availability: We work to keep HappyWorld89 safe and reliable, but we do not guarantee that messages, calls, live streams, replays, notifications, or other services will always be available, real-time, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, network issues, moderation, account restrictions, or third-party service problems.
16. Disclaimer: HappyWorld89 is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
17. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, HappyWorld89 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by user content, calls, live streams, recordings made by users, marketplace transactions, third-party services, account actions, service downtime, or unauthorized access.
18. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. If important changes are made, we may notify users in the app or update the effective date above. Continued use of HappyWorld89 means you accept the updated Terms.
